Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions at The Kitchen Dresser
Deliveries
All-Ireland delivery is by An Post Courier Post and the delivery charge is €4.50 per order. Orders over €50.00 may qualify for free delivery. Uk delivery charge is €10.00. Some items may not be suitable for delivery overseas and we will contact your order is unsuitable. Please contact us for a quote for any other overseas deliveries. Deliveries are normally made within 5 working days from receipt of order. A signature to confirm receipt of your order will be required. If you are not available at the delivery address given your parcel will be re-directed to your nearest Post Office for collection. You will be advised by email of any delay on your order, or if any item is no longer available.
All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or if we are unable to source more stock. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund.
If delivery is delayed through the fault of The Kitchen Dresser, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price.
If we are unable to supply a product, alternative goods will not be substituted without your permission.
Prices
All prices quoted are in Euro (€) and include VAT at 21.5%
Prices may be subject to change due to manufacturers price alterations or change to the rate of Value Added Tax. In such cases you will be notified of any changes before your order is despatched.
Payment
Credit card payment may be made by Laser, Visa or Mastercard. The customer has the option of inputting credit card details through secure Realex payment processing, or can opt to phone or fax us with credit card details. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your order.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. But in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from The Kitchen Dresser.
Damage or Loss
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing or by email.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait 14 days from the date of your order, in case it has been delayed.
In the case of damage, please retain the products and contact us on 00353 57 8620933 or at sales@kitchendresser.ie within 7 working days of receipt.
Product Guarantee
Where indicated the products are covered by the relevant manufacturers guarantee.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of reciept if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, please notify us within 7 working days of reciept of your purchase by telephone at 057 86 20933 or by email sales@kitchendresser.ie to arrange collection.
Please return it in the original packaging (and in it’s original condition), along with your receipt. The Kitchen Dresser will refund the cost of your purchase less the cost of postage and packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
WEEE Regulations:
The prices of electrical appliances on this site include a contribution to a Producer Recycling Fund to ensure that waste electrical and electronic equiptment is collected and recycled in a responsible manner.
When purchasing a new electrical appliance, customers may return their old appliances to The Kitchen Dresser for recycling. Take back is on a one-for-one basis and the appliance being returned must be of a similar type or have performed a similar function as the new item being purchased. Should you wish to return an old appliance please contact us so we can arrange for you to return your old appliance. We will accept a similar old appliance for recycling provided it is disconnected and clean. Alternatively, you can return your old appliance to our store at Kealew Business Park, Portlaoise for recycling within 30 days of the delivery of your new appliance.
Data Protection
The Kitchen Dresser may wish to advise you of future offers. If you wish to receive such offers please tick the relevant box in the order section.
The only information collected is that given at the time of ordering, and that is necessary to fulfil customer’s orders. Online payments by credit card are processed securely by Realex and The Kitchen Dresser does not have access to these credit card details. Where payments are made over the phone all credit card information is deleted once payment has been processed. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. This information is not passed on to third parties.
