This mould couldn't be easier to use - simply choose your medium (such as Isomalt, sugarpaste, marzipan, chocolate or Cocoform modelling chocolate) and press or pour it into the mould. Turn out and dust with SK Lustre Dusts for a gorgeous jewelled effect.
Top Tip
To capture the latest trend, press Black SFP (Sugar Florist Paste) into the mould, release, leave to dry and then brush with SK Confectioners' Glaze. These black jewels are so easy to make and, as they are edible, completely safe to use as a cake decoration. Set one or two on a cup cake iced with white fondant for a stunning efect. Give a selection box of jewel decorated cup cakes as a gift to a friend or take some into the office for all to share!
