This 8" Silverwood Tarte Tatin is a heavy duty tarte tatin dish which can be used for making this most fashionable dessert in the traditional way. The unique combination of extra heavy gauge and excellent heat distribution, allows the fruit to be caramelised in the dish, on the hob, so eliminating the need to use an additional pan. The wide lip enables easy turning out of the cooked tarte.
