Jem Ladies Shoe Cutter 5"

Create elegant shoes from gum paste to create fun toppers for a cake or to add whimsical accents to serving trays or the table for a bridal shower or themed party. A two-piece mould forms gum paste into the heel of the shoe. After rolling the gum paste, use the cutters to form the individual components of the shoe; an embossing stamp lets you add stitch detailing to the upper. Foam formers are provided to shape the vamp and sole as the gum paste dries. Colour the gum paste or dust the finished shoes with dusting powders to make each shoe unique; omit the straps or the heel to create more casual-style shoes, or roll gum paste with a patterned roller to create a textured finish.

Roll out gum paste and cut out the different parts of the shoe; upper, sole, and ankle and back straps; you can also add stitch detailing to the straps and upper with the embossed stamp provided. Form heel in the 2-piece heel mould. Use foam formers included to shape vamp and sole. Let the gum paste dry; attach various parts of shoe with gum glue, then decorate to taste.
