TRI-Copper cookware is made from three layers of material. The outside layer is solid copper with all its virtues in terms of conductivity and dispersion of heat. The inside layer is deluxe 18/10 stainless steel, which is durable, hygenic and easy to clean. In between is a layer of aluminium, which plays its part in spreading the heat evenly throughout the utensil. The stay-cool comfortable handles are forged from stainless steel and securely riveted to the body. Finally, the original copper finish is protected by a special transparent solutionto reduce the natural process of discolouration of the material.
