• All-Ireland delivery is via An Post Courier post or Fastway Courier Service and the charge is €4.50 per order, regardless of size or weight.
• Orders over €50.00 qualify for free delivery (Ireland only)
• UK deliveries are €10.00. (Some items may not be suitable for UK delivery)
• Please contact us for information regarding overseas deliveries.
• Deliveries are normally made within 5 working days from receipt of order.
• Your order will be delivered to your delivery address. If there is no-one available to receive the order it will be redirected to your nearest Post Office for collection, or in the cast of Fastway Courier Service you will be called by the driver.
• You may opt for in-store collection from our store in Kealew Business Park, Portlaoise. Shop opening hours are Monday - Saturday 9.30am-6pm.
• You will be advised by email of any delay on your order, or if any item is no longer available.
• All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or if we are unable to source more stock.
• If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund.
• If we are unable to supply a product, alternative goods will not be substituted without your permission.
  

Damage or Loss
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing or by email.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait 14 days from the date of your order, in case it has been delayed.
In the case of damage, please retain the products and contact us on  00353 57 8620933  or at sales@kitchendresser.ie within 7 working days of receipt.
